Best food ever!!! Edesia Events were incredible from the very start. Rich and Elly were communicative, super helpful, and offer amazing bespoke catering. My husband and I wanted to make sure we were using Welsh suppliers who use local products, and Edesia Events blew us away. We knew we wanted some form of steak, but we also have a love for Italian food, and ideally wanted some Italian starters but we weren't sure if any caterers could offer what we wanted. From the very first call, Rich explained that everything they do is bespoke and their menus are diverse and creative. We opted for the Italian sharing platters to start, and the Hereford steak sharing platters and we were absolutely blown away. We also had a selection of canapés earlier in the day paired with our champagne, and a selection of pizzas and sides for the evening food. My husband and I went to the Edesia Events office/kitchen a few months before our wedding to try our menu, and Rich was so welcoming and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was like we had been to a 5* restaurant for the evening and it got us even more excited for our big day! Rich and his team were so helpful with any questions we had, and made us feel completely at ease leading up to our wedding. Our reception was at my family home in rural South Wales, and I still find it incredible how his team set up a full kitchen in one of our unused barns. Two lovely ladies from the team came over the day before our wedding to chat to us about the details and to set the tables, and I still can't believe that the food was literally served from the mobile kitchen in the barn on the day. It was somehow even more delicious than our tasting, and our guests were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food. The Italian sharing platters were unreal, and the steaks were cooked to perfection, along with all of the gorgeous sides. We had so many guests asking which caterers we used and so much feedback to say it was the BEST wedding food they had ever had. Unfortunately we were a little bit too drunk when the evening food came out so I can't remember it exactly (haha!), but all of our guests raved about the pizzas as much as the wedding breakfast. I cannot recommend Rich and his team enough, they are a small, family run business and you can really see (and taste!) how much Rich cares about the events he puts on. If we ever have another big event, we will definitely use Edesia Events again! P.s., I have included some photos from the day but unfortunately couldn't find any photos of the main event: the steak! So I have added some photos from our wedding tasting too. Now my mouth is watering!

Thank you so much Edesia for looking after us on our wedding day! The quality of food was absolutely phenomenal and we received so many compliments from our guests. It was very important for us to find someone who could cater for many different food allergies, but Richard from Edesia filled us with complete confidence from our very first phone call and the tasting that followed was even more reassurance that despite the lack of “normal” ingredients something incredibly tasty was still possible. Richard and his team went above and beyond at our dinner party, from the first email of enquiry, menu choices communication was efficient and warm hearted right through to arriving at the venue, preparing and service. The meal was amazing, the front of house so adorable and Chef Richard well just fabulous. Thank you all so much.
